Shipping & Returns
Shipping is FREE on all products in our webshop, excluding wholesale orders, for delivery within Australia. We use Australia Post’s regular service or Fastway couriers. Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of just $5.
Please note, Australia Post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. We highly recommend our $5 flat rate Express Post option for a much more timely delivery service. Please note, Express Post is no longer guaranteed next day delivery. Thank you for your patience.
We ship to all states and territories in Australia.
For wholesale customers, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We ship retail orders internationally for a flat rate of $15. We will send your order via the most economical method with Australia Post.
Please note, Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
For international deliveries please check the quarantine requirements of the country you are shipping to before placing an order for any of our seed products. We don’t recommend purchasing our seeds for delivery to New Zealand due to their strict quarantine requirements.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for international packages that are held by customs/ quarantine and that are not delivered as a result of this.
Regular orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Wholesale orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment. You should receive an automated ‘order complete’ email when your order has been shipped.
We will ship using either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the size of the package and where we are sending to. You can usually expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Covid-19 has however caused increased delays as noted above.
If you haven’t received your order in 15 working days please contact us so we can track your order.
You are welcome to return or exchange a product if it arrives broken or faulty or if you feel it was not as it was described. Please email us at info [at] sownsow.com.au if you wish to return or exchange an item so we can facilitate the return for you. Refunds will be made via our ANZ merchant facility back to the card that was used for the original transaction.
