Shipping & Returns
Shipping is FREE for orders over $100 for delivery within Australia (excluding wholesale orders).
For smaller orders we charge a flat rate $6 for delivery within Australia. Express Post shipping is also available for a flat rate of $9.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING COSTS
For wholesale customers, shipping costs including express post options will be calculated at checkout. Our wholesale terms can be viewed here.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We pride ourselves on very quick turn around times for both regular and wholesale orders. If your order is placed by 2pm AEST on a business day, there is a good chance we will dispatch the order that same day. Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next day, with the exception of very big wholesale orders which may take up to 3 business days.
All orders are dispatched from our Maleny, Queensland studio. Wholesale orders are shipped once payment has been received except for account customers. You should receive an automated ‘order complete’ email when your order has been shipped.
We ship using Australia Post and occasionally TNT. You can expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. If you haven’t received your order in 12 working days please contact us so we can track your order.
AUSTRALIA POST COVID-19 DELAYS
We are not currently experiencing any covid-19 related delivery delays. This can however change suddenly In the event of snap lockdowns for example. If you are at all unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us to confirm delivery estimates, or refer to the Australia Post website to calculate delivery times.
We ship to all states and territories in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
We ship retail orders internationally for a flat rate of $35 where viable*. We will send your order via the most economical method with Australia Post. Express international options are also available at checkout.
Please note, Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
For international deliveries please check the quarantine requirements of the country you are shipping to before placing an order for any of our seed products. We don’t recommend purchasing our seeds for delivery to New Zealand due to their strict quarantine requirements.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for international packages that are held by customs/ quarantine and that are not delivered as a result of this.
*If the actual shipping cost is much higher and deems the order non viable, we will get in touch with you to offer an alternative or a refund.
RETURNS & SEED GUARANTEE
Happy customers is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on good customer service. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can replace the item or provide you with a full refund.
Additionally, we offer a replacement guarantee on all of our seeds. If you’ve had no luck getting the seed to germinate, we will send you fresh seeds to try again.
