WITHIN AUSTRALIA: (Excluding wholesale orders) 

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 

Upgrade to Express Post for a flat rate of $9. 

We offer a $3.00 Priority Post Letter service, where we will send your items as a large letter with a priority label for faster delivery. This option does not come with tracking. The $3 option is designed to make it more cost effective to send a Gift of Seeds and/ or Pop Up Pot & Gift Tags directly to a friend or loved one without needing to spend too much on shipping. 

If you prefer postage with tracking, choose our $6 flat rate option and we will send your order as a parcel with Australia Post, with tracking. 


For wholesale customers, shipping costs including express post options will be calculated at checkout. Our wholesale terms can be viewed here.

We pride ourselves on very quick turn around times for both regular and wholesale orders. If your order is placed by 2pm AEST on a business day, there is a good chance we will dispatch the order that same day.  Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next business day, with the exception of very large wholesale orders which may take up to 3 business days. 

All orders are dispatched from our Maleny, Queensland studio. Wholesale orders are shipped once payment has been received except for account customers. For orders placed on our website, you should receive an automated ‘order complete’ email when your order has been shipped.

We ship using Australia Post E-Parcel service and occasionally TNT. You can expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. If you haven’t received your order in 10 working days please contact us so we can track your order.

We ship to all states and territories in Australia.


We ship retail orders internationally for a flat rate of $35 where viable*. We will send your order via the most economical method with Australia Post. Express international options are also available at checkout.

For international deliveries please check the quarantine requirements of the country you are shipping to before placing an order for any of our seed products. We don’t recommend purchasing our seeds for delivery to New Zealand due to their strict quarantine requirements.

Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for international packages that are held by customs/ quarantine and that are not delivered as a result of this.

*If the actual shipping cost is much higher and deems the order non viable, we will get in touch with you to offer an alternative or a refund. 


Happy customers is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on good customer service.  If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can replace the item or provide you with a full refund.  

Additionally, we offer a replacement guarantee on all of our seeds. If you’ve had no luck getting the seed to germinate, we will send you fresh seeds to try again.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue. 

Can only be redeemed online at 

Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. 

No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher. 

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards.
