We also offer a $4.00 Priority Post Letter service, where we send your items as a letter with a priority label. This option does not come with tracking. 

If you prefer postage with tracking, choose our $8 flat rate option and we will send your order as a parcel with tracking. 


We offer gift wrapping and hand written personal messages, written on a Sow ‘n Sow Gift Tag for just $1.50 per order. This is perfect for when you’d like to order gifts to ship directly to your friends, family, colleagues or loved ones.

These options will pop up at check out including an area for you to write your personal message. You’re welcome!


We offer same or next day shipping!

If your order is placed by 1:30pm AEST on a business day, we will do our best to dispatch the order that same day.  Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next business day, with the exception of large wholesale orders.

Orders are dispatched from our studio in Maleny, Queensland 4552.

We ship using Australia Post eParcel and letter services.

Expect to receive delivery within 1 – 7 business days.

We ship to all states and territories in Australia.


Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Express & International Standard with Signature options are available.

We will ship your order via Australia Post. 

Please check the customs requirements of the country you are shipping to before placing an order for any of our seed products.


For wholesale customers, shipping costs including express post options will be calculated at checkout. 


We offer a replacement guarantee on all of our seeds.

If you’ve had no luck getting the seed to germinate, we will send you fresh seeds to try again. Check out our happiness guarantee.


Happy customers are extremely important to us which is why we’ve developed our Happiness Guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.

If you have any concerns we will gladly respond with kindness and respect always, and will happily facilitate a refund, exchange or delivery of fresh seed to you.

Seeds – 365 day return window

Seeds take time to germinate and grow which is why our return window is a generous 365 days from delivery or purchase if bought through a retailer.

If you’ve sown the seed within 365 days and it isn’t germinating, we will happily send you fresh seed to try again. Simply contact us, let us know where & when the seeds were purchased along with any other information you can provide so we can assist with extra tips for your second try. 

Return for change of mind – 30 day return window

Please let us know within 30 days of receipt of order confirmation email to arrange a return. Goods returned must be unused and in a saleable condition. 

For change of mind returns, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. 

Return for Faulty Products – 30 day return window*

If your items, purchased from us at are damaged in transit or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping as well as the cost to re-send the replacement items.
