Embedded in nature and driven by purpose, Sow ’n Sow was created to make gifting more thoughtful, more sustainable and more enduring.

Born from a seed of an idea in 2010, founder Michelle Brady combined her love of gardening with a flair for design to create gifts that connect people to nature and each other.

Our range of Gifts of Seeds are designed to be cherished, planted, and remembered. A greeting card and gift in one, they’re made to be enjoyed not just in the moment, but for weeks and months to come as they grow and bloom.

At the heart of Sow ‘n Sow is a belief in purposeful gifting. The idea that a simple, well-considered gift can carry meaning and spark joy. For those who want to show they care in a more genuine, lasting way.

We’ve also had the joy of creating Custom Designed Gifts of Seeds for brands and businesses who share our values, from large retailers and national galleries to high profile corporates. We partner with incredible clients to create bespoke sustainable branded gifts, collaborations that are as creative as they are impactful.

Home for us is the green hills of Maleny on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, where we work closely with Melbourne-based illustrator Daniella Germain to bring designs to life, while our team hand-assemble our products and dispatch orders. Our Gifts of Seeds are made with 100% recycled materials, printed and assembled in Australia.

We hope our gifts inspire moments of connection, encourage people to step outside and remind us all that some of life’s most meaningful joys start with something small.

Our Seeds

Our seeds are un-treated, non GMO varieties sourced from reputable suppliers both within Australia and abroad.

Each Gift of Seeds contains at least 25 seeds, or similar to what you would expect to find in a standard seed packet.

Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place for best long term viability. We recommend a shelf life of 2 years to ensure good germination rates.

We offer a happiness guarantee so if our seeds don’t germinate, we’ll replace them.

Sow ‘n Sow and the Environment

Sow ‘n Sow’s Gifts of Seeds & Gift Tags are printed in Australia on 100% post consumer waste recycled card using soy based inks. The card is also produced in Australia, is compostable and recyclable.

We package our seeds in Australian made recycled paper envelopes, within our beautiful packaging. Our Gifts of Seeds are supplied with a brown kraft envelope for mailing. These are produced in Australia on 100% recycled paper.

Our Pop Up Pots are made of 100% recycled, non toxic, certified carbon neutral polypropylene. The material and the production is 100% made in Australia. The packaging is also produced entirely in Australia on 100% recycled sheet.

We believe in the gifting of products which don’t end up in landfill. Our Gifts of Seeds have a purpose, which is to grow into a beautiful flower or herb to be enjoyed for many months after the initial gifting. Watching a seed germinate and slowly grow into a beautiful plant is a wonder and a joy.
